The Premier League 2 Division 2 fixtures for the 2022/23 season have been released, with Southampton’s B team visiting Nottingham Forest for their opening game.
It was a season of mixed fortunes in 2021/22, where Dave Horseman’s side finished seventh in the league standings.
Saints’ first home game will be on Friday 12th August, when they host West Brom at Snows Stadium.
Southampton's youngsters side will also have a number of opportunities to play at St Mary’s Stadium during the campaign, the first of which is a league clash with Aston Villa on Friday 7th October.
Saints will draw their season to a close with a visit to Carrow Road to face Norwich City in April.
