Yeovil friendly cancelled for Saints B Team
Southampton B Team's final pre-season friendly at Yeovil Town has been cancelled, after a number of positive Covid-19 cases were reported within the Somerset outfit's squad.
Dave Horseman's side were due to complete their 2021/22 preparations on Tuesday night, but will no longer make the trip to Huish Park.
Supporters who had purchased tickets can claim a refund by contacting Yeovil's ticket office on 01935 847888 or by emailing [email protected].
Victories over AFC Totton and Salisbury made it a successful start to pre-season for Southampton's youngsters, whose Premier League 2 campaign begins on Sunday against Norwich at Staplewood Campus (2pm BST).
