Saints on course for record Championship Season Ticket holder numbers
Southampton Football Club is on course to welcome its highest-ever number of Season Ticket holders for a Championship campaign after supporters, both existing and new, turned out in fantastic numbers during the renewal window, which closed last night.
The incredible response reflects the optimism and togetherness building around the club ahead of the 2026/27 season, with thousands of Saints fans already securing their place at St Mary’s.
Everyone at the club would like to thank supporters for their outstanding loyalty and continued backing.
Chief Revenue Officer Greg Baker said: “I’d like to thank every single supporter who has renewed their Season Ticket and committed to backing the team again this season, as well as those that will become Season Ticket holders for the first time.
“The response has been fantastic and it’s a real reflection of the passion and loyalty of our fanbase. To be on course for a record number of Season Ticket holders for a Championship season is something everyone associated with the club can be proud of.
“There’s a real sense of excitement as we look ahead to the new campaign, and we’re looking forward to welcoming everyone back to St Mary’s. Our supporters have such an important part to play, and we know they’ll get right behind the team from the very first game.”
Supporters who missed the renewal deadline will have another opportunity to secure their place when Season Tickets go on general sale from 10.30am BST on Monday 6th July.
Season tickets will be available to buy online and over the phone, with Ticket Office phone lines open until 5pm BST.
With demand already exceptionally strong and with St Mary’s seeing regular sell outs last season, supporters are encouraged to secure their seats as early as possible for what promises to be a huge season at St Mary’s.
