International call-ups for Women’s players

Southampton FC Women’s players have received call-ups to the latest international camps for their respective age groups and countries.

Women’s first team players Megan Wynne and Alice Griffiths will travel to Spain with Wales for the Pinatar Cup.

The Welsh side will be taking on the Philippines (Wednesday 15 February, 7:30pm GMT), Iceland (Saturday 18 February, 7:30pm GMT) and Scotland (Tuesday 21 February, 2:05pm GMT ) at the Pinatar Arena.

Kayla Rendell has been selected for Mo Marley’s England Under-23s side for fixtures against Belgium at Tranmere Rovers’ Prenton Park on Monday 20 February, 7pm GMT and a behind-closed-doors game with Spain at St. George’s Park on Thursday 16 February.

Lucia Kendall and Megan Collett will re-join the England Under-19 and Under-18 camps respectively in the February international break.

Kendall will travel to Spain with the Under-19s, taking on Germany and Switzerland in two friendlies at La Nucia Stadium in Alicante on Thursday 16th February, 5pm GMT and Tuesday 21st February, 1pm GMT.

Collett will join up with the Under-18s at St George’s Park as they take on the Republic of Ireland Under-19s on Monday 20th February, 12:30 GMT.
