AROUND THE GROUND

CATERING CHOICES
Following fan feedback, we are delighted to be bringing you even more catering choice on matchdays in 2022/23. This week we have offerings from Evies Mac and Cheese, Pizza Post and So Delicious, giving you a choice of Gourmet Burgers and Fried Chicken. You’ll find the pop-ups on the corner of the Northam & Kingsland Stand and on the corner of Chapel & Kingsland on matchdays.

FAN BARS AND GASWORKS
You’ll be able to soak up the matchday atmosphere from three new fan bars outside St Mary’s.

You’ll find The Deanery located on the corner by the bridge, The Gasworks, and 8 Bells at the corner of Chapel and Kingsland.

The Gasworks is open to all on a first-come-first-served basis from 10:30am until kick-off – with no membership required. This week you’ll be able to buy a tasty Bacon roll or Egg and Mushroom roll.

An extended outdoor seating area makes the perfect place to enjoy a pre-match pint or cocktail and if you’re watching the game from the Kingsland stand you’ll also be able to access The Gasworks at half time.

In addition we’re opening the Gasworks post match. Grab a pint, listen to some music and watch the other Premier League results roll in with Soccer Saturday.

MASCOTS
Sammy and Mary are taking care of their wellbeing and will no longer be stationary. They’ll be roaming the footprint from 11:30am, meeting fans and posing for photographs.

SAINTS BRASS
Saints Brass are bringing the party atmosphere and providing your matchday soundtrack, playing family favourites ahead of the game - don’t miss their pre-match rendition of Oh When The Saints.

A popular place to enjoy the pre-match buzz, we’re going even further to make our Fanzone even more entertaining for 2022/23. Come and join us from 10:30am to soak up the atmosphere, listen to music and a new interactive Kick-About experience.

Our famous Fanzone loaded fries are also back for the new season by popular demand and this week you’ll also have a bacon roll on offer!

Put your skills to the test in our Academy Zone, located outside the Gasworks in the Kingsland stand, featuring free active play zone, a James Ward-Prowse scanning challenge, and inflatables!

This season you’ll find reusable pint cups in the St Mary's concourses and the Fanzone in a bid to reduce single-use plastics - when you’ve finished with yours, please place it inside so they can be collected after each match, washed thoroughly and recirculated.

In line with our Halo effect initiative, we’re pleased to announce that we now have water refill stations in the Kingsland and Family stand. If these prove successful, we’ll look to continue to roll our across other concourses. Small soft plastic refillable bottles will be permitted into the stadium in this area.

We’ll be firing our T-shirt cannons into the family zone at 12:00pm. Be in your seat for the chance to grab a freebie!

We’re excited to announce the return of the crowd surfing flag in the Kingsland. Be in your seat by 12:15pm to be part of the fun!

Don’t forget, if you wish to bring your own flag and add some much-loved personal character to the stand, please contact our supporter services team on [email protected].

We will be paying tribute to Saints legend David Armstrong, who sadly passed away last Sunday at the age of 67. If you’d like to show your respect, we ask you to participate in a one-minute applause on the 10th minute of the game. A short video showing some of his best moment will be played at this time.

Steve Forbes will be pitchside to host the infamous Half Time Relay, this week sponsored by one of our partners Peter Cooper Motor Group! We’ll be in the stands pre-match at 11:30am looking for volunteers!
