Are you home-game-ready? Get a round-up of all the changes we've made to the St Mary’s matchday experience in one convenient place.

We’re always looking for new ways to enhance your visits to St Mary’s. Keep reading to learn all about the exciting changes we’ve put in place for the 2022/23 season.

Following fan feedback, we are delighted to be bringing you even more catering choice on matchdays in 2022/23. This season we are working closely with our new partners Feast It to introduce an ever-rotating squad of new locally sourced pop-up food venues serving everything from loaded mac ‘n’ cheese to authentic South East Asian street food and more. You’ll find the pop-ups on the corner of the Northam and Kingsland Stand and on the corner of Chapel and Kingsland on matchdays.

From our first home game on Saturday 13th August, you’ll be able to soak up the matchday atmosphere from three new fan bars outside St Mary’s. You’ll find them located on the corner by the bridge, outside The Gasworks and at the corner of Chapel and Kingsland.

Throughout the season, The Gasworks will also be open to all on a first-come-first-served basis from three hours before kick-off – with no membership required. The recently renovated and extended outdoor seating area makes the perfect place to enjoy a pre-match pint or cocktail, and if you’re watching the game from the Kingsland Stand you’ll also be able to access The Gasworks at half time.

In addition, we’re opening up this popular sports bar post-match so that you can head there after the final whistle to watch the late game (this Saturday it’s Brentford vs Manchester United).

A popular place to enjoy the pre-match buzz, we’re going even further to make our Fanzone even more entertaining for 2022/23. Come and join us up to three hours before kick-off to take in the early match on the big screen, music and a new interactive Kick-About experience. Our famous Fanzone loaded fries are also back for the new season by popular demand.

The club are supporting the Premier League’s Love Football, Protect the Game campaign to promote considerate and safe behaviour at football. We kindly ask fans to remember that anti-social behaviour such as invading the pitch, bringing smoke bombs and pyros to matches, throwing objects and engaging in discriminatory behaviour is illegal and carries consequences. Please always be considerate of your fellow fans.

You can find more information on the campaign on the link below.

To help ensure that fans feel safe and supported you’ll also find that contact details have been added to seats to help make it easier for fans to report incidents during a match should they need to.

In response to fan feedback requesting better connectivity around St Mary’s we have begun working towards bringing public WiFi inside the stadium bowl. A tendering process is under way to identify the best partner for this. Whilst it won’t be ready for this season, we are working hard to have installation completed as soon as we are able.

To improve access for fans and help make our matchdays more sustainable, we will be trialling ticketless matchdays in 2022/23. Select groups of supporters will be trying new ticketing methods in different parts of the ground across the season. Keep your eyes peeled for how you can take part over the coming months – or if you want to get ahead of the game you can always select the eTicket option when purchasing your tickets. We will be releasing a full how-to guide for fans wanting to try out eTickets soon.

We understand the impact that the ongoing cost of living crisis is having on every single Saints fan. Even though you will notice small price rises to middle price band tickets, hospitality, food and drink, the club is committed to doing all we can to keep your costs to a minimum:

- Retail shirt prices have been frozen again from 2021/22, for the fourth year running

- Season Ticket prices have been frozen

- Lower price band tickets have been frozen from 2021/22

- Higher price band tickets have been frozen from 2021/22

- Saints Bar prices have been frozen from 2021/22

- Season Ticket holder discount remains valid throughout 2022/23 and we’ve extended where you can use it to include The Gasworks, Fanzone and the new bars situated on outside of the stadium

We couldn’t be more excited to be welcoming fans back to St Mary’s and will keep working hard to bring you more matchday updates and improvements throughout the season. Thanks to the fans who take part in our matchday experience surveys, helping us understand how we can improve your matchdays here at St Mary’s.

Season Tickets are still available from £399 for adults and £19 for juniors.

Watch us take on Leeds in our first home game of the season this Saturday.
