Sunday sees the fourth and final meeting between the two sides eyeing up top spot in National League Southern Premier, after previously been drawn against each other in the FA and National League Cup.
Saints have been on a good run of form over the last month, navigating their latest away trip at Crawley Wasps on Wednesday night with a 3-0 win.
Alisha Ware continued her goalscoring form with the first towards the end of the opening 45, before Sophia Pharoah and Georgie Freeland completed the scoring during the second half.
Ipswich are similarly on a strong run having not dropped any points since early February and winning their last three league games without conceding a goal.
Three points for Saints would see them close the gap on the leaders to one point with two further games in hand, whilst Ipswich could extend their lead at the top to seven points.

LAST MEETING
The third out of the four meetings between the two sides this season came in the FA Cup at the end of February.
After a competitive 90 minutes Ipswich scored on 110 minutes with what looked like the winner through substitute Anna Grey.
The spectacular then followed in stoppage time at the end of extra-time, as goalkeeper Kayla Rendell headed home the equaliser with the final touch of the game.
Unfortunately for Saints their exit then followed through the cruel lottery of penalties.
MANAGER'S NOTES
"It's another game isn't it," said Spacey-Cale, "we've got such a heavy schedule and Ipswich is another game for us to prepare for and we'll prepare for it the same we prepare for every game.
"We know that it's going to be tough, they're leading the division and have been at the top for a long time.
"We can only control what we can control and make sure that we prepare properly and recover after Wednesday.
"We'll travel up to Ipswich knowing it's going to be a Titanic challenge."
