Saints will be hoping it's third time lucky for this National League Southern Premier tie, with the previous two fixtures at Fairfax Park postponed due to the weather.

Marieanne Spacey-Cale will be hoping her side can bring their cup form over into their league campaign, having gained successive progressions against Bristol City and Hashtag United in the FA Cup and League Cup respectively.

After a brave performance against Super League Manchester United in the FA Cup (eventually falling to a 2-0 defeat at home), Bridgwater returned to league action a week earlier.

It was a frustrating return in the end, held to a 0-0 draw at home to Gillingham last weekend.

MANAGER'S NOTES

"Week-on-week we keep getting good support, vocal support," said Spacey-Cale. "It's exciting."

"It's a big test because Bridgwater have some real quality and have players like us who have played in a higher league.

"They know what it takes to win, to grind out a result and cause problems. We've got to be very secure in how we play.

"Ensure we're good on the ball and also really organised without so that they can't get in and hurt us."
