Ralph Hasenhüttl has confirmed a clean bill of health for his Southampton side, with only long-term absentee Jack Stephens sidelined for Saturday’s trip to Norwich.

Whilst a number of players were called up by their countries over the international break, including James Ward-Prowse, Tino Livramento and Armando Broja, who all subsequently withdrew, the boss has reported no issues ahead of Saints’ return to Premier League action.

That means Nathan Redmond, who missed the last game before the break after testing positive for Covid-19, is also available.

“We are not much different to the past,” Hasenhüttl said. “We have only Jack Stephens out – everyone else is fit.

“There were only a few issues that we had, but everyone is fit and everybody is on the pitch.”
