Southampton captain James Ward-Prowse has been withdrawn from the latest England squad due to illness, while Tino Livramento has also been withdrawn from the England Under-21s squad due to injury.

Ward-Prowse had been selected by Gareth Southgate for the World Cup qualifiers at home to Albania and away to San Marino, as the Three Lions look to seal their place at Qatar 2022, while Livramento was due to be with the Young Lions for their European Championship qualifier at home to Czech Republic and friendly away to Georgia.

However, both players will now remain with the club over the international break.
