Behind closed doors, no entry to fans
The local derby will be Saints' first outing in the competition this season, as they look to go one further than their final defeat to Portsmouth in May.
Rachel Panting levelled the scores on the hour mark against Pompey, taking the game to extra time at Westleigh Park where the hosts eventually won on penalties.
Eastleigh progressed to this stage of the competition thanks to a 5-3 win at New Milton Town on 17th October.
Please be advised the game is behind-closed-doors and there will be strictly no access to any spectators on the evening.
