Saints will enter the competition for the first time this season in mid November, looking to match their run to the fifth round during the 2020/21 campaign.
Marieanne Spacey-Cale's side saw off AFC Bournemouth, Plymouth Argyle, Yeovil United and Championship side Lewes FC on their way to a last sixteen tie with Super League outfit Birmingham City.
Despite a late surge through goals from Ella Pusey and Caitlin Morris, the blues progressed in early May.
