Southampton Football Club can confirm that all general admission supporters that attended the Premier League fixture against Manchester United have now had their refunds actioned.

The club announced it would refund fans who held general admission tickets for the fixture in August following issues experienced by fans around access to St Mary’s ahead of kick-off, and Season Ticket delivery.

All 2021/22 Season Ticket holders have been refunded the equivalent of one-nineteenth of the total cost of their Season Ticket as a credit on the lead booker’s ticketing account.

This credit can be used to purchase additional home Premier League match tickets, Hospitality tickets, Memberships, away coach travel, and other events sold by the club that take place at St Mary’s, as well as being used towards supporters’ Season Ticket renewal.

Any credits that remain on fans’ accounts at the end of the 2021/22 season can be withdrawn directly by the lead booker.

All refunds for supporters that purchased match tickets for the Manchester United fixture have now been processed directly to the card used to purchase. Please note that the funds can take up to five working days to reach your account.

In the event that the refund payment has failed, supporters have been emailed directly and the amount due has been added to their ticketing account as a credit

If any fans who purchased match tickets for this game have not received a refund by Wednesday 29th September, please contact the Ticket Office directly.

The club has been working hard to rectify the issues experienced by fans at the Manchester United match and would like to thank supporters for their patience and understanding while refunds have been processed.
