Women to face Cheltenham Town in League Cup
Southampton FC Women have been drawn against National League South West side Cheltenham Town in the Determining Round draw of the League Cup.

Monday's draw for the 2021/22 League Cup represented another step towards normality for women's football.
Due to the pandemic Saints haven't taken part in the competition since February 2020, where a spirited performance ultimately ended in a 1-0 defeat at Sunderland.
Despite playing in the same division as their Determining Round opponents for two seasons, similar restrictions have meant Saints have only faced Cheltenham once out of a four possible occasions.
That meeting came at the start of the 2019/20 season; goals from Shanon Sievwright, Ella Pusey, Kirsty Whitton and Rachel Panting ensuring a 4-0 win at Snows Stadium in September.
