Southampton FC Women's Lucia Kendall will represent England Women’s Under-19s at their second July training camp.

The young forward was also called up to the previous two training camps, both held at St George's Park just like the upcoming six-day stay at the end of the month.

Fellow Saints youngster Milly Mott, who also received a call-up to the last two, is set to be a stand-by for this latest training camp.

The call-ups mark a positive start to what will be their second season with Saints' first-team, after making their breakthroughs during the 2020/21 campaign.

Defender Mott came straight into the Saints side for the opening National League South West game of last season at Poole Town, going on to feature eleven more times.

Similar was the impact of midfielder Kendall, who made her debut as a substitute on match day two at home to Buckland before scoring five goals in the nine following games.

Alongside these recent Under-19s call-ups both players have prior experience of representing their country; Kendall having featured for the Lionesses at Under-15s, Under-16s and Under-18s level whilst Mott has been called up for an Under-17s training camp previously.
