We want to hear your St Mary’s memories

At Southampton Football Club, we want to celebrate the people that are at the heart of everything we do – our fans.

To mark the 20th anniversary of the club’s move to St Mary’s, we’re looking for fans to feature in a special film celebrating our time at the stadium and share their memories from the past two decades.

Whether you were at the very first game back in 2001 or have supported the club from afar, we want to hear your stories - the greatest moments you’ve had supporting Saints down the years and how the club has played a part in your life alongside other landmarks and milestones.

There are two ways you can get involved and feature in our celebratory film – you can either come to St Mary’s next week to talk us through your stories, or you can share your special photos and videos from your time supporting Saints over the last 20 years.

We’d like to invite supporters to St Mary’s on either Thursday 8th July or Friday 9th July to share their memories with us – it will only take 40 minutes of your time and you won’t have to be on camera, but we might collect audio recordings to use in our special celebratory video to be released later this year.

In particular, we’d like to hear from fans who got their first experience of watching football during the last 20 years - or even those who took their children or grandchildren to their first game - to hear how the club’s fortunes have played out alongside the key moments in your life.

If you’re interested in taking part, or if you have any special photos or videos from the past 20 years you’d like to share, please get in touch with

. Fans that are chosen to take part will be contacted early next week.
