Return to St Mary's: Matchday checklist

Migration/63378605558

With fans back at St Mary’s for tomorrow’s game against Leeds United, the club would like to remind everyone of what they need to do before arriving at the stadium.

All supporters attending the match are asked to:

• Print or download tickets from your My Saints account using the instructions below
• Complete a health questionnaire, which is now part of the ticket download journey
• Check & adhere to your arrival gate and time
• Bring photo ID

If you haven’t already, visit your My Saints account to download your tickets and complete the mandatory health questionnaire. The health questionnaire will automatically pop up before downloading your ticket and will require to be completed for all supporters.

Supporters will need to enter the stadium through a specific-coloured gate that will be clearly marked on your ticket – please familiarise yourself with the correct entrance before you arrive at the stadium as you will not be able to access through any other gate.

You can find an access map of the stadium here – the blue gate is only accessible from the north of the stadium, via the footbridge or Melbourne Street, and the purple gate is only accessible via the footbridge on Northam Road. These gates cannot be accessed from Marine Parade or Britannia Road.

You will have an arrival time specified on your ticket – this is to allow staggered entry times into St Mary’s to ensure your safety.

Tickets are non-transferable and must be presented on arrival at the stadium along with photo ID.

Please note that the Ticket Office windows aren’t available and will be closed on the evening of the game, but ticketing staff and stewards will be available at the entrance gates to help fans. Fans will be able to call the Ticket Office on 02381 780 780 from 9.30am-3.30pm on the day for assistance with any enquiries.

To find out how you can access your ticket, watch the video below for a step-by-step guide:

Face coverings must be worn at all times for the duration of your visit and we’d also ask that fans only bring bags if they are required for medical reasons. If you are exempt from wearing a mask or need to bring a bag for medical reasons, please get in touch with our Supporter Services Team as soon as possible at [email protected].
