Southampton FC Concourse Clearance Sale: Supplementary terms and conditions and returns policy
Please note the following in respect of Concourse Clearance Sale purchases:
- Official Discounts
Unfortunately, official Season Ticket Holder, Member and Staff discounts cannot be applied to Concourse Clearance Sale purchases. Official discounts will continue to be available for any products picked up within the Megastore (not from the Concourse Clearance Sale).
- No refunds unless faulty
Southampton FC’s normal returns policy will not apply in respect of Concourse Clearance Sale purchases. Refunds will only be made where the product is faulty and is returned to Southampton FC in accordance with the below (How to return faulty products).
- Exchanges
As this is a clearance sale, we are unable to offer exchanges on any Concourse Clearance Sale products. If your product is faulty and returned to Southampton FC in accordance with the below (How to return any fault products) a refund will be issued for the faulty product.
- How to return any faulty products
If your purchase is faulty, please return the product to the Megastore at St Mary’s Stadium with proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase. A refund of the price paid for the faulty product will be made to the card with which you originally purchased the product. If you used a Southampton FC official gift card to make your purchase, your refund will be made in the form of a Southampton FC gift card.
Please note that if you return products which are outside our returns policy or if you don’t have proof of purchase, we will be unable to process a refund, so please keep your receipt.
For the avoidance of doubt, the above Concourse Clearance Sale Terms and Conditions and Returns Policy (“Clearance T&Cs”) apply in addition to Southampton FC’s usual terms and conditions of sale. In the event of any conflict between the two, these Clearance T&Cs shall take precedence. These Clearance T&Cs will not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
