The 2020/21 ePremier League Finals continue on Wednesday, with Southampton's PlayStation representative ready for action.

Ethan ‘EthxnH’ Higgins will represent Saints for the first time, and will commence his group stage proceedings against West Brom’s ‘Fully’, looking to make it to the quarter-finals later in the day.

Seeded fifth, ‘EthxnH’ will be aiming to make it to Friday’s semi-final and potential console final.

Saints fans can watch all the action from both days on the club's official Twitch channel.

The competition began with the Xbox group stages on Tuesday, where Joseph ‘Royal Funky’ Crown lost his opening match against Sean 'Sean Flossy' Bleakley (Wolves) to see him enter the losers' match.

Seeing off Thomas 'Painter' Painter (Fulham), 'Royal Funky' was once again faced with 'Sean Flossy in the elimination match, where he lost out 6-1 on aggregate to end his stay in this year's contest.

How long have you been playing FIFA and how/when did you get into competitive gaming?
I’ve been playing FIFA for the majority of my life. My mates introduced me to competitive and weekend league. I’ve been a pro for two years now.

If you could meet one current first-team player from your club who would it be and why?
James Ward-Prowse. I need him to teach me how to be so deadly on set-pieces!

Talk us through your progress to the finals in this year’s competition? How did you perform in the qualifiers and what was the most memorable match of the play-offs for you?
I didn’t actually lose a game at all during the qualifiers I went 13-0. Through the playoffs I think I averaged around eight goals in each game so that was enjoyable too. I liked the qualifiers as I actually got to use Southampton players so it felt like I was actually representing the club against others.

What has been the most exciting thing about competing in ePL so far?
It’s the biggest event in the UK so it’s always fun to represent a club at the biggest stage. I enjoy the pressure of trying to make the event.
