Migration/49695390767

Southampton Football Club are contacting all 2020/21 Season Ticket holders to give them the option to carry over the remaining value of their tickets for next season or claim a refund.

The club would like to thank its Season Ticket holders for their incredible support and understanding during this challenging time and has made the decision to offer fans the choice to claim a refund given the uncertainty surrounding when they will be allowed back to games at St Mary’s.

Alternatively, supporters can choose to leave the remaining balance on their ticketing account to be used against future fixtures, either this season if fans are allowed back to St Mary’s, for next season’s fixtures or against the value of their 2021/22 Season Ticket.

All 2020/21 Season Ticket holders will receive an email by Saturday 13th February outlining the options available to them – please note that for any families or groups that bought their tickets together, only the lead booker is required to take action, as outlined below.

Please note that all supporters will receive their remaining Season Ticket balance credited to their ticketing account – fans that request a refund will be able to see the amount due on their ticketing account before their refund is processed.

All Hospitality clients will be contacted directly by their Account Manager.

In the event that fans are allowed to return to matches at St Mary’s during the 2020/21 season, the club will confirm the sales process with priority being given to those Season Ticket holders that had been assigned tickets to the fixture against West Ham United on Tuesday 29th December, followed by remaining 2020/21 Season Ticket holders. Fans will be able to use credits on their ticketing account to purchase tickets for these matches, which will be charged at a pro rata value of the Season Ticket cost.

Find out what action is required by all 2020/21 Season Ticket holders below:
