Skip food and drink queues with Skippio
A new system is being trialled in selected concourse kiosks for supporters to order through their mobile phones to beat the food and drink queues in select areas.
Supporters in the Kingsland, available at kiosk 33, and in the Itchen South, available at kiosk 8, have the option to skip the food and drink queues at this weekend's match against Charlton, and for the remainder of the season.
If you're in these areas of the stadium you can access Skippio via this link, or via the link below, to browse your food and drink options and then order and pay securely from your phone. You'll then receive a QR code confirming your order. All you'll need to do is head to the relevant kiosk and go down the fast-track lane to beat the queues and collect your order.
The Skippio link will go live and ordering will become available when turnstiles open for matchday. For Saturday's match against Charlton this is at 1.30pm and for the first 30 minutes of the concourse being open they'll be a 10% discount applied to the system.
Supporters that have opted in to receive marketing communications from us have been informed through yesterday's Charlton Matchday Information email and will also receive this information in tomorrow's Charlton Pre-Match email as well to reiterate they can use this from this weekend's match.

Select the relevant kiosk (currently only available in Kingsland kiosk 33 and Itchen South kiosk 8)
Browse and add your chosen items to your basket and pay securely in the app
You'll receive a QR code confirming your order and can track your order status with live notifications so you know exactly when to pick up your order
Head to the relevant kiosk, beating the queues by having your QR code ready to be scanned at the front when you collect your order
Feedback on the process will be welcomed across the next few matchdays. Skippio staff will be in the concourses, but you can also provide feedback via the usual methods to our club SLOs or your nearest steward.
