Simon Parker's side will be aiming to bounce back from a narrow defeat against Newcastle last week, in what will be their last league game before three weeks without competitive action.
The 2-1 loss against the Magpies meant Saints were unable to back up their impressive performance against Crystal Palace a week before that, but they remain in the chasing pack for the promotion play-off positions.
Saints are currently sixth in the league table, five points behind Bristol City who in third.

Bristol City come into Sunday's game after suffering their first defeat after four unbeaten games across all competitions.
They were beaten 2-1 by Crystal Palace after initially taking the lead, as the Eagles rallied to complete the comeback and do the double over Charlotte Healy's side.
In the league, Bristol City currently occupy the promotion play-off spot in third, as the battle for that enticing promotion opportunity begins to hot up as we near the business end of the season.
PREVIOUS MEETING
The two sides have met twice this season in both the league and FA Cup, with the Robins taking the win twice with late goals.
In last season's trip to Ashton Gate, some determined defending and some impressive saves from Fran Stenson saw the two sides play out a 0-0 draw.
