Women's Milly Mott to miss Bristol City clash
Southampton FC Women’s Head Coach Simon Parker revealed that Milly Mott will remain unavailable for his side's trip to Bristol City on Sunday 15th February.
Mott was unable to make the squad for last weekend's clash against Newcastle and, speaking in his preview of this weekend's visit to Ashton Gate, Parker shed some light on the defender's fitness as she remains sidelined for another week.
"Milly unfortunately had a concussion last week and that's still ongoing, so she'll be looking to get back soon." Saints' Head Coach explained.
"She's on non-contact training at the moment and we'll step that up next week with contact, so she should be back very soon. Unfortunately we then have the international break but by Birmingham there'll be no issues and she'll be back fit.
"Apart from that, and the long term players who are out like Kiera [Sena], Emma [Harries], and Abbie [Ferguson] still with her shoulder issue and concussion, we're pretty good."
