Here is everything you need to know before attending:
Event Timings and Support
The event day experience will begin well before the main show, with the food village opening from 2pm and stadium doors opening at 5pm. Support on both nights will come from Belinda Carlisle and The Script, with exact stage times to be confirmed. The concert is expected to finish at approximately 10.30pm.
Facilities
A wide range of food and drink will be available across St Mary’s, with options both inside the stadium and across the external footprint. A dedicated food village will be located outside the Northam area, alongside additional units around the Kingsland and throughout the concourse. The Pimms Lounge on the Kingsland side will also be open from 2pm.
The food village will offer a varied selection of dishes including burgers, pizzas, katsu curry, duck wraps, chicken, churros and ice cream, as well as vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. Fans will be able to purchase alcoholic drinks such as beer, cider, wine, spirits and pre-mixed cocktails in designated areas, with valid ID required.
St Mary’s is a cashless venue, so fans should ensure they bring a card or contactless payment method. If you have any food allergies or dietary requirements, you are advised to speak to vendors directly when ordering.
Please note that food and drink cannot be brought into the stadium unless prior exemption has been granted for medical reasons.
Security
To ensure smooth entry, fans are encouraged not to bring a bag where possible. If a bag is required, it must be no larger than A4 size. There is no bag drop facility available, and any oversized bags will not be permitted into the stadium.
Strict security measures will be in place, including searches on entry. A full list of prohibited items applies, including large bags, professional cameras, recording equipment, alcohol, glass containers, flammable liquids, umbrellas and more. Any prohibited items will need to be disposed of before entry, as they cannot be stored.
Getting to St Mary’s Stadium
There is no parking available on site at St Mary’s Stadium, so supporters travelling by car should use city centre parking options.
A shuttle bus service will operate from key transport hubs, including Southampton Central train station and Town Quay (Red Jet terminal). These buses will run from 2pm through to 11.30pm, with return services continuing after the concert. Tickets are priced at £5 return or £5 single, with the final service running approximately 60 minutes after the event.
A park and ride service will also be available, operating from Adanac Health & Innovation Campus, providing a convenient alternative for those travelling into the city.
Taxi drop-off and collection will be based at Chapel Road, while additional drop-off points are available nearby. For accessibility users, a designated drop-off and pick-up point will be in operation on Melbourne Street, with Blue Badge display required.
Accessibility
Accessible arrangements have been put in place across the event, although supporters should note that all accessible tickets are now sold out.
An accessible drop-off and pick-up location will be available on Melbourne Street, operating from 2pm, with collection procedures in place following the event due to road closures. Visitors using this facility must display a valid Blue Badge.
