Our annual Saints Foundation Matchday plays out on Saturday 9 March, when Saints welcome Sunderland to St Mary’s for a 3pm kick-off.

Saturday’s game is a celebration of our club charity and the lives they’re changing in the community – and we need you to show your support.

In the build-up, fans can enter the Saints Foundation Matchday prize draw, where a £5 ticket puts you in the mix to win a Box for Good Friday football. The lucky winner will kick off Easter weekend in style with 10 spots in a hospitality Box when Saints welcome Middlesborough on 29 March – read the FAQs for more info.

100% of the money you enter into the prize draw goes to Saints Foundation. The more times you enter, the more chance you’ve got of winning, and the more life-changing funds are raised for Saints Foundation.

To show you just how life-changing their work is, we’re sharing the story of Eunice, a 67-year-old who has found a lifeline in their Senior Saints project. Losing her sight left her trapped at home, but Saints Foundation has got her out and active, revolutionising both her mental and physical health. Watch Eunice's incredible story to find out more.

Our Saints Foundation Matchday is all about celebrating people like Eunice – the 5,000+ Sotonians from all walks of life who have reached for a helping hand in the past year. Hundreds of Saints Foundation participants will be joining us at St Mary’s on Saturday, celebrating their achievements and enjoying some once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

Pupils from Saints Foundation’s partner Community Champion schools will be taking on the work experience placements of their dreams, going behind the scenes with everyone from the PA announcer and the media team to our hospitality hosts and the kitman.

Young people from a variety of Foundation projects will take to the pitch immediately before kick-off to form a guard of honour for the squad, while pupils on our Premier League Primary Stars programme will be facing off in the half-time relay.

Primary school pupils have contributed to a very special Saints Foundation takeover of the matchday programme, with 50p of every copy sold donated to the Foundation.

Our Senior Saints will be shaking buckets around St Mary’s, encouraging donations by sharing how their engagement with us has improved their health and wellbeing. Giving your spare change is another way fans can support the Foundation on the matchday.

Away from general admission, guests in our hospitality spaces can enter an exclusive raffle to win a framed limited edition Saints Foundation shirt signed by the Men’s First Team Squad.

And after the final whistle has blown, all the limited edition Foundation shirts worn by the squad will be auctioned off, with 100% of the proceeds donated back to the charity.

With loads of ways to get involved, please rally behind our Foundation and cheer on your Saints scoring goals out in the community, as well as those on the pitch.
