A trio of Southampton's Academy youngsters were unbeaten across England's youth age groups during the October international break.

Starting in the Young Lions' Under-17s, Jay Robinson was on target for his first international goal with Greg Lincoln's side.

In a double-header of friendlies against Norway at St. George's Park, England were victorious 3-0 in the first game before Robinson was on target in a 2-2 draw two days later.

Robinson opened the scoring in the first half with a powerful finish from inside the area to mark a successful camp in preparation for next month's EURO Under-17 Championship qualifiers.

Up in England's Under-18s, Jayden Meghoma joined first team youngster Sam Amo-Ameyaw in a series of friendlies in preparation for the Under-17 World Cup, which the pair are both eligible for.

Meghoma featured off the bench in a 1-1 draw against Belgium and started in a 1-0 victory over Morocco for his third and fourth caps in Ryan Garry's side, as Amo-Ameyaw netted the winning goal against their Moroccan counterparts.

Finally, Saints' on-loan striker Dom Ballard featured in the final fixtures of England's EURO Under-19 qualifying campaign.

Ballard started against Montenegro, Wales, and Austria, which all ended in draws, as he assisted Millwall's Romain Esse to equalise in the second fixture against their Welsh rivals.

The results mean England finished third in qualifying Group 12, with only the top two teams progressing automatically to the Elite Round of qualification.

Simon Rusk's Under-19s must wait for the remaining groups to finalise their games to see if England can advance as one of the best third-placed sides.
