HOW TO WATCH?

Tomorrow's game is one of our Sky Sports picks for the month of February, being shown on Sky Sports Football and Sky Sports Main Event from 7.30pm.

WHAT KIT WILL SAINTS BE IN?

Saints will be wearing their white and teal away kit for the visit to Bristol, with teal shorts and white socks.

Ryan Fraser wears the away kit at Watford.

WHAT’S AT STAKE?

Saturday's eight-goal thriller extended Saints unbeaten run to 25 games in all competitions, but they still remain just a point ahead of Leeds United in third with a game in hand.

Another victory on Tuesday night, with an eye on Leeds' game at Swansea, could see them extend their lead to four points.

After a run of six games without a win in the Championship, Bristol City will be looking to build on their impressive victory at Middlesbrough on Saturday in front of their home support.

TEAM NEWS

Flynn Downes will miss the trip on Tuesday having been substituted during the first half of Saturday's win against Huddersfield. But the midfielder isn't set for a long spell on the sidelines.

Elsewhere Ché Adams will be assessed, having also been substituted early on at the weekend, whilst Joe Aribo's return from the African Cup of Nations will have to wait until Friday's trip to West Brom.

THE MANAGERS

Liam Manning: To follow

Russell Martin: "I love watching the team and how much we’ve grown. Saturday was a reminder of how strong the league is. The challenge for us is to play the game on our terms.

"Bristol City are very good on transition, they're very athletic, hungry, enthusiastic. The Middlesbrough win was a huge result for them. They’ll take energy from that."

ONES TO WATCH

Jason Knight: The 22-year-old Republic of Ireland international has been a consistent presence for Bristol City this season, his goal helping them to a first win in seven at Middlesbrough on Saturday.

That strike made it two goals in as many games, having notched against Premier League Nottingham Forest in the FA Cup three days prior, highlighting a rich vein of form.

Joe Rothwell: It could have been a hammer blow when Flynn Downes was forced off with an injury as Saints fell 2-0 down on Saturday, but his replacement Rothwell certainly stamped his mark.

Involved in three of the five goals, a 94% pass completion and a strike that will live long in the memory; the January signing has shown his worth.
