Saints U18s draw Aston Villa in FA Youth Cup fourth round

Saints booked their place in the fourth round of the competition in dramatic fashion with a 3-2 win over Coventry City that went right to the wire in extra time.

Dom Ballard scored a hat-trick, with the winner coming in the 120th minute, after the scores had been locked at 1-1 at full time and then 2-2 with five minutes of extra time remaining.

Aston Villa, who lifted the trophy for the fourth time in the 2020/21 season, earned their home draw in this season's fourth round with a comfortable 5-0 win over Brentford at Villa Park on Friday.
