Saints will be wearing their black and red third kit for their trip to Brighton.
Despite falling to a 3-0 defeat to league leaders Manchester City in midweek, Brighton remain 10th in the Premier League after picking up impressive wins at both Tottenham and Arsenal as well as a draw with Norwich in April.
While success on the road has been commonplace for the Seagulls, they’ve picked up just 15 points from their 16 home games this season – a stat they’ll be hoping to improve against Saints.
Similar to Graham Potters side, Saints will be looking to bounce back on Sunday after a midweek defeat to Burnley.
Ralph Hasenhüttl’s men are only two points adrift of ninth place Leicester City, but defeat to relegation-threatened Burnley seriously dented Saints’ hopes for a top-ten finish.
With the sides sharing the spoils in the reverse fixture back in December, Saints will be looking to enact revenge after an injury time Neal Maupay equaliser.
Brighton are boosted by the return of Leandro Trossard from illness, though Jakub Moder and Shane Duffy remain out for the hosts. Yves Bissouma will also miss out on the tie through suspension.
Saints continue to have a fully fit squad to choose from and it’s possible Hasenhüttl will make some changes after the disappointing result at Turf Moor.

“We have five games and if we want to finish in the top ten, we have to be consistent, because it is not enough for now. I hope for our fans and for the club, we have to give a response, because [against Burnley] was not the way to play. We can lose, we can win in Brighton, but our mindset has to change."
With Saints undoubtedly haunted by his injury-time equaliser in the reverse fixture, Maupay will be looking to strike another blow when Hasenhüttl's side visit on Sunday.
With top goal scorer Armando Broja suffering a goal drought, Hasenüttl may turn to Adams to turn things around at Brighton.
