Southampton striker Ché Adams has been recognised for a standout February by being nominated for Premier League Player of the Month.

The Scotland international produced goal involvements in all four matches as Saints claimed 10 points and surged into the top half of the table.

Capping a lively performance against Tottenham with a smartly taken headed goal, Adams was also on target in impressive fashion at Old Trafford to earn a share of the spoils.

After success on the road, the striker continued his form upon his return to St Mary's with an assist for compatriot Stuart Armstrong in the win over Everton before bundling home the opener against Norwich at the end of the month.

Also shortlisted are Ryan Fraser (Newcastle), Wilfried Zaha (Crystal Palace), Ben Mee (Burnley), Joel Matip (Liverpool) and Harry Kane (Tottenham).
