Saints face Aston Villa for tomorrow evening’s Premier League fixture with plenty of entertainment happening ahead of the 8pm kick-off, including the first pre-match light show of the season.

You can get the latest guidance on how to stay safe when visiting St Mary’s on a matchday below - be ready to show your Covid-19 status if asked to by stewards.

Fans are also advised to check their travel plans before setting off with engineering works disrupting train services in the Southampton area – rail replacement buses will be running between Southampton Central and Bournemouth, with no trains between Southampton Central and London after 10pm.

Ahead of the game, make sure you get to the ground as early as possible to avoid queues and be aware that all bags will be searched on entry to St Mary’s, so only bring an A4-sized bag if you need to.

PLAN YOUR TRAVEL

Fans are advised that there will be significant disruption to rail services in the Southampton area tomorrow – please make sure to check your travel plans before setting off for St Mary’s.

With engineering works taking place on the local rail network, rail replacement buses will be running between Southampton Central and Bournemouth, and there will be no trains between Southampton Central and London after 10pm either.

MASCOT ZONE

Sammy and Mary Saint will be meeting fans and giving out free flags to kids in our Mascot Zone, located on the corner of the Kingsland and Chapel stands.

ACADEMY ZONE

Put your skills to the test in our Academy Zone, located outside the Gasworks in the Kingsland stand, featuring the Panna Cage, the Speed Cage and the Target Shot – all completely free.

SAINTS BRASS

Saints Brass are bringing the party atmosphere and providing your matchday soundtrack, playing family favourites ahead of the game - don’t miss their pre-match rendition of Oh When The Saints.

FANZONE

The Fanzone is open ahead of kick-off from 6pm – don’t forget, Season Ticket holders can get a 10% discount on all food and drink until 6.30pm.

Head down early to get all the pre-match build with loads of great food and drink options available too.

SAINTS STORE

Get kitted out with the full range of 2021/22 Saints shirts and training wear with the Saints Store opening from 10am until 6pm before the game. Remember that all Season Ticket holders get 10% off merchandise from the Saints Store.

NEW SAFETY MEASURES

Supporters are advised that the club is continuing to trial new safety measures that may affect the usual access routes for supporters arriving at St Mary’s, following advice from the local Safety Advisory Group.

CAR PARKING

Fans with car parking at the stadium are advised that there will be no vehicle movement permitted in the car parks or within the road closure area from one hour ahead of kick-off, and until the crowd is cleared from the stadium.

PRE-MATCH LIGHT SHOW

Take your seats early with the first St Mary’s light show of the season, starting 20 minutes before the start of the game – get yourself pumped up ahead of kick-off with an awesome pre-match display.

FOOD AND DRINKS

Don’t forget, all Season Ticket holders get a 10% discount on all food and drink inside the stadium for the first 30 minutes after the turnstiles open.

To help reduce queue times and serve fans quicker, please note there will be a reduced food menu at all of our food and beverage kiosks inside the concourse.

HUMMEL RETAIL BOOTHS

You can now pick up official Saints merchandise from hummel retail booths situated in the concourse of the Kingsland, Northam and Chapel stands – remember, Season Ticket holders get 10% off!

CASHLESS STADIUM

Please be aware that St Mary’s is now a cashless stadium so make sure you bring an alternative payment method for any purchases at the stadium on matchdays.

REUSABLE CUPS

This season you’ll find reusable pint cups in the St Mary's concourses and the Fanzone in a bid to reduce single-use plastics - when you’ve finished with yours, please place it inside so they can be collected after each match, washed thoroughly and recirculated.

Please be aware that half-time entertainment is currently restricted by the requirement to maintain a Red Zone to keep players safe.

UEFA WOMEN’S EURO 2022 TROPHY VISIT

Ahead of next summer’s tournament, during which St Mary’s will be hosting three Group A games, Southampton FC Women’s manager Marieanne Spacey-Cale will be presenting the UEFA Women’s EURO 2022 trophy pitchside at half-time.

FOREVER SAINT

Former Southampton Football Club chairman and lifelong supporter Leon Crouch will be honoured with the Forever Saints award for his significant contribution to the club, including personally funding the Ted Bates statue outside St Mary’s – his daughter Hannah will take to the pitch to receive the award on his behalf.
