Referee: Kevin Friend

Assistants: Adrian Holmes, Simon Beck

Fourth official: Graham Taylor

Saints will be wearing their home kit at Stamford Bridge on Tuesday night.

Both teams will be looking to secure their place in the quarter-finals of the competition.

Chelsea come off the back of an emphatic 7-0 victory over Aston Villa at the weekend, whereas Saints claimed a 2-2 draw with Burnley.

Saints will be looking to reach the quarter-final stage for the first time since the 2016-17 season, where they lost out in the final to Manchester United.

For the hosts, they go in search of winning their first fourth round match of the competition since the 2018-19 season, where they lost out to Manchester City in the final.

The hosts will be without Timo Werner and Romelu Lukaku in the cup tie but N’Golo Kante is set to return.

Christian Pulisic remains on the sideleines for Chelsea as he recovers from an ankle injury.

Moi Elyounoussi will miss Tuesday’s Carabao Cup clash as he recovers from a minor operation on his wrist.

Elyounoussi joins long term absentee Jack Stephens and James Ward-Prowse on the sidelines.

Chelsea loanee Armando Broja is also unavailable to feature against his parent club.

To follow.

“Cup games are a good option for giving players a chance. The good thing is we have five subs on Tuesday, so if anyone is not starting then there are options from the bench."
