The second round of the Carabao Cup will see Southampton travel to Newport County.
Saints will face the League Two outfit, who ran out 1-0 victors over Ipswich in the first round on Tuesday night.
Ralph Hasenhüttl's side bowed out in the second round last season at the hands of Brentford, but will now look to rediscover the cup form that earned a spot in the last 16 in 2019/20.
The match at Rodney Parade will be played in the week commencing August 23rd, with a confirmed date and kick-off time announced in due course.
