Young Southampton striker Dan Nlundulu has signed a new three-year contract at St Mary’s, and has subsequently joined Lincoln City on loan for the 2021/22 season.

The 22-year-old, who was handed a Premier League debut in the 2-0 win over Everton last October, made 16 first team appearances in 2020/21, also netting his first senior goal in the 2-0 FA Cup fourth round win over Shrewsbury in January.

Remaining at St Mary’s until at least 2024, Nlundulu will continue his development in League One with The Imps, who only narrowly missed out on promotion via the play-offs last season.

The club wishes Dan well for the season ahead and looks forward to monitoring his progress during his time at Sincil Bank.
