With the new 2021/22 season fast approaching, Southampton's Fantasy Premier League prices have been revealed.

The season commences at Everton on Saturday 14th August, with supporters picking their FPL squads ahead of the opening day trip to Goodison Park.

At £6.5m, captain James Ward-Prowse provides a tempting option in midfield, with the set-piece specialist collecting more points than any other Saints player last season, with a return of 156.

At the top end of the pricing, Danny Ings is likely to once again justify his £8m price tag having netted 32 Premier League goals across the last two campaigns.

Collecting 131 points in 2020/21, the striker’s productive link-up with Ward-Prowse could help generate some high-scoring gameweeks.

At £7m and £6m respectively, Ché Adams and Stuart Armstrong could bolster attacking options, with exciting prospect Nathan Tella just £5m.

At the other end of the pitch, no Saints defender claimed more points in 2020/21 than Jan Bednarek (94). With nine cleansheets, the Poland international could be an attractive proposition at just £4.5m.

Similarly, Kyle Walker-Peters notched up just one less point last season, and at £5m could be a clever addition with his presence in both boxes from full-back.
