Valery makes Birmingham switch
Full-back Yan Valery has completed a deadline-day loan move to Birmingham City, Southampton Football Club can confirm.
The 21-year-old joins the Championship side for the remainder of the season, providing him with an opportunity to continue his development by playing games on a more regular basis.
Valery joins a Blues side that is currently 20th in the table, with Aitor Karanka’s team visiting bottom-placed Wycombe tomorrow night and then promotion challengers Bournemouth on Tuesday.
Everyone at the club would like to wish Yan well for the coming months and will be monitoring his progress during that time.
