Supporters that had bought the 2020/21 LD Sports replica shirt in-store before October and have not yet claimed their complimentary replacement can now do so online.
The club announced in October that fans who had already purchased a 2020/21 shirt with LD Sports on the front would be able to claim a complimentary, updated replacement and would also be able to keep the original shirt as a gesture of the club’s gratitude for their patience.
Customers who bought their shirts in-store had the opportunity to claim their complimentary shirt in our West Quay or Stadium Stores in December. However, due to the ongoing national lockdown, the club is now providing a way for our fans to claim a shirt without needing to visit a store.
To claim your complimentary replacement shirt, please email the club at [email protected] with the information below for each shirt you purchased:
- Name
- Address
- Supporter Number (if applicable)
- Whether your shirt was home/away/third/goalkeeper
- Whether your shirt was adult/youth type
- Size
- Any personalisation that was on the shirt
- Your receipt number
- Photo of your proof of purchase, such as a receipt or bank statement
- Photo of the shirt
- Photo of the label inside the shirt - please refer to the photo below for an example
Once your purchase has been verified you will be emailed a voucher to redeem at the online Saints Store.
Supporters who purchased online have already received their vouchers to claim the complimentary shirt through the online Saints Store. Please get in touch with us by email [email protected] if you didn’t receive the voucher or were unable to claim.
Due to demand, please use your voucher as early as possible to avoid disappointment as certain styles and sizes only have limited availability. Fans will have until Wednesday 10th February to email the club at [email protected] with their details & proof of purchase, with vouchers being sent out by the end of the week of Friday 19th February. Fans will then be able to redeem their voucher until Thursday 4th March against a replacement shirt.
Updated home, away, third, and goalkeeper shirts featuring the Sportsbet.io logo are now available to purchase online, priced at £45 for adult sizes. Youth shirts are also available for £25, featuring the Virgin Media logo.
Our Main Club Partner Sportsbet.io has also kindly offered to cover the cost of printing a name and number on all replacement shirts for fans who had previously purchased a 2020/21 replica shirt through official club channels – even if your original shirt did not have any printing.

No. Replacement shirts are only available to fans that purchased their 2020/21 shirt through official club channels, i.e. in the St. Mary’s Stadium Megastore, the Southampton FC shop in West Quay Store or online at: www.southamptonfc.com/store
Which front-of-shirt sponsor will appear on youth size replacement shirts?
All youth size replacement shirts feature Virgin Media as the front-of-shirt sponsor.
Does my complimentary shirt have to be the same size and type as the one originally purchased?
No. Fans who purchased a shirt will receive a voucher that is redeemable against any other shirt of the same age bracket in the online store, i.e., Adult / Youth, so please feel free to choose a Home, Away, Third or Goalkeeper shirt as a replacement. All shirts are subject to availability.
