Saints continued their impressive March form into April as they saw off Norwich last week with a comfortable 2-0 win.

Sonnie Davis kept up his scoring streak with his third goal in as many games, before Luke Pearce added a second goal that saw Saints go four games unbeaten in PL2.

Adam Asghar's side moved up to 14th in the play-off bracket with three games of the regular season to play.

Nottingham Forest find themselves just outside the play-offs in 17th, but have a game in hand on a lot of the sides above them, including Saints.

They have bounced back from consecutive defeats by winning back-to-back games against Leeds United and Sheffield United in recent weeks.

Midfielder Archie Whitehall has been on target in both victories for Warren Joyce's side.

PREVIOUS MATCH

Last time out, a mixed Saints squad suffered defeat at Staplewood against an in-form Forest side, thanks to a brace from Alex Mighten.

In the reverse fixture last season, Saints came away with three points on the opening day with goals from Dom Ballard, Cam Bragg, and Jack Turner at Meadow Lane.
