Saints' youngsters progressed to the final four with a dominant 4-1 victory over Horndean FC, with a mixture of Under-21s and Under-18s making up the squad for most of the competition.
Their cup journey began with a 4-2 win over Cowes Sports on the Isle of Wight, before a narrow 2-1 victory over AFC Stoneham set up their quarter-final clash against Horndean.
Under-18s Head Coach Calum McFarlane hailed his side's quarter-final performance as "accomplished", against the highest team in the non-league pyramid they've faced so far.
AFC Portchester, who play in the Wessex League Premier Division, knocked out Alton on penalties after a 1-1 draw in the quarter-final.
'Potchy', based near Portsmouth, began their run with a 6-0 win over Fawley AFC, before seeing off Bashley and Christchurch on before their penalty victory in the last eight.
The winners will meet AFC Totton in the final at Aldershot Town's EBB Stadium.
