2022-23/Other/Miscellaneous/SFC_Club_2022_MatchdayInformation_Fulham_u0wgys

Read the latest matchday information ahead of coming to St Mary's Stadium.

Please arrive early so there’s enough time to collect tickets, get through security checks, turnstiles and make your way to your seats ahead of kick off.

If you’ve not got yours yet, you can still buy tickets for the game on our website.

You can visit the ticket office at St Mary’s, open from 9.30am until half time. Ticket office phone lines are also open from 9.30am-5pm on matchday (02381 780 780).

For pre-arranged collections, please visit ticket office 2 and if your tickets haven’t arrived and you haven’t contacted us, please visit ticket office 1.

You can use e-tickets to access the stadium, which can either be printed or scanned via your mobile phone. We’d advise you to do this where possible to avoid queues at the ticket office. For anyone using a mobile phone, please download your tickets, ensure brightness is full and pinch your barcode to extend across the width of the screen - then scan at the turnstile to enter.

If you have an Apple device, you’ll be given the choice this weekend to download your ticket to your Apple Wallet, when accessing via your ticketing account.
It’s as part of testing we’re carrying out on matchday ticketing. If you use this option, add to wallet and then scan the wallet ticket at the turnstile.

Remember that all bags will be searched on entry to St Mary’s, so only bring an A4-sized bag if you need to. If you’re cycling to the game, please don’t leave bags with bikes, to avoid security risks or thefts.

TRAVELRAIL STRIKES & TRAFFIC DISRUPTION

There are strikes planned on South Western railway services across this weekend. You can check the day by day schedule on their website.

It's also expected there'll be a lot of traffic on Saturday due to several cruise ships so leave extra time for your journey.

VOI E-SCOOTERS

It's now easier than ever to travel to St Mary's Stadium with a Voi e-scooter thanks to our new parking hub. Voi’s proud to offer you 20% off your next ride to get you to gameday at a discount, by clicking on the voucher code in the link: SFC_VOI.

The voucher code can only be used once per customer and is valid for use in Southampton only. The voucher cannot be used with any other pass and must be used by 01/06/2023. Riders must be over 18 years of age and hold a valid drivers licence. To learn about Voi, visit their website.

MATCHDAY ENTERTAINMENT AT ST MARY’S

CATERING CHOICES

A variety of food options will be available around the stadium ahead of the match, including bacon double cheeseburgers, chips, duck wraps and salt and pepper fries.

You’ll also find food in the Fanzone, at the Gasworks bar and the 8 Bells bar:

Fanzone: Pizza by the slice, loaded chips and drinks.
The Gasworks: Mac & cheese with a variety of toppings.
The 8 Bells: Grab a pie and a pint before making your way into the concourse. It’ll also open at half time.

FAN BARS AND THE GASWORKS

From midday you can head to a choice of three fan bars outside St Mary’s. You’ll find The Deanery located on the corner by the bridge, The Gasworks midway down the Kingsland Stand and the 8 Bells at the corner of Chapel and Kingsland.

The Gasworks is open to all on a first-come-first-served basis from midday until kick-off, with no membership required.

The extended outdoor seating area makes the perfect place to enjoy a pre-match pint or cocktail and if you’re watching the game from the Kingsland Stand you’ll also be able to access the Gasworks at half time.

Make sure not to miss a Q&A session with Saints legend, Franny Benali in the Gasworks at 1:30pm.

The Gasworks will open after the final whistle but will close earlier than usual this weekend.

MASCOTS

Come and say hi to Sammy and Mary who’ll be roaming the footprint from midday, meeting fans and posing for photographs.

SAINTS BRASS

Saints Brass are building the pre-match atmosphere from 1:15pm outside the ground. They’ll then join us pitch-side for a pre-match rendition of 'Oh When The Saints'.

FANZONE

Join us in The Fanzone from midday for some pre-match pizza and drinks and get game ready with the shot-stopper and fast-feet footie challenges.

PROGRAMMES

Saturday's edition of the matchday programme is a Saints Foundation special, as we showcase the amazing work of the club charity in the Southampton community with ten pages of feel-good stories and how you can help the Foundation do even more to help in the local area.

This week's feature interview is with teenage sensation Roméo Lavia, who expresses his gratitude to Saints for giving him his first taste of the Premier League, revealing where his natural talent was nurtured and how the club has helped him develop.

You can order the programme online or buy one in person for £3.50 from the stalls found outside the ground and inside the stadium concourse.

SAINTS STORE

If you’re wanting to take advantage of our Saints Store sale, you’ll need to head there before kick-off, as it’ll be closing 15 minutes before full time.
Remember that all Season Ticket holders get 10% off merchandise from the Saints Store.

CAR PARKING

Fans with car parking at the stadium are advised that there will be no vehicle movement permitted in the car parks or within the road closure area from 1 hour and 30 minutes ahead of kick-off, and until the crowd is cleared from the stadium.

Please be advised that on matchday parking is not permitted on Rochester Street, unless you have prior approval or you have a Blue Badge and are parked in allocated Accessible Parking Spaces. No parking is permitted on Victoria Street, unless you have prior approval.

IN THE CONCOURSE
HUMMEL RETAIL BOOTHS

You can pick up a variety of Saints merch from hummel retail booths in the concourse of the Kingsland, Northam and Chapel Stands – remember, Season Ticket holders get 10% off!

CASHLESS STADIUM

St Mary’s is now a cashless stadium so make sure you bring an alternative payment method for use at the stadium.

REUSABLE CUPS

Remember you can find reusable pint cups in the St Mary's concourses and the Fanzone in a bid to reduce single-use plastics - when you’ve finished with yours, please place it inside so they can be collected after each match, washed thoroughly and recirculated.

WATER REFILL STATIONS – FAMILY AND KINGSLAND STANDS

In line with our Halo Effect initiative, we now have water refill stations in the Kingsland and Family Stands. Refillable water bottles are permitted in the Kingsland and Family Stands only. Single use plastic bottles are permitted everywhere in the ground though they’ll need their lids removing in all areas other than the Family Stand. Flasks are not permitted into any areas of the stadium.

MATCHDAY BEHAVIOUR

Home end tickets are only to be bought by Saints fans. Away supporters will not be allowed access to home stands or will be kicked out if found in home areas of the ground.

Supporters are reminded the use of pyrotechnics is strictly prohibited and they are highly dangerous to the person using, other supporters and staff within the ground.

If you see any form of anti-social, abusive or discriminatory behaviour, crime, violence or the use of pyrotechnics, please report it to your nearest steward or police officer. Alternatively, text SFCReport to 60060 with a full description and location of the incident, giving as much detail as you can.
