Home kit launch marks another step for our Women’s team
Last week, we launched our new home kit for the 2023/24 season and for the first time, you’ll be able to buy a Saints Women’s jersey in our online and stadium stores, with a unique front of shirt sponsorship – Starling Bank.
This means you’ll be able to come to games at St Mary’s to support the side, wearing the same shirts as our Saints Women’s team for 2023/24.
Following a successful first year in partnership, we recently extended our relationship with Starling Bank, who’ve agreed to back us as the principal sponsor of our Women’s team for three years.
In our first year working together, we’ve launched campaigns such as Coaches of Tomorrow which has supported 20 new female coaches into the beautiful game.
Our Head of Women’s and Girls Football, Marieanne Spacey-Cale said: ‘The front of shirt sponsor is such an iconic part of football – as fans we always want to know who's going to be on the front of the new kit?’ It’s exciting and pioneering that we have this amazing sponsor for the new season.
Our sponsor is also really important. Starling’s values are very much aligned to our own and what we want to achieve. It’s the only bank in the UK to be founded by a woman, and it empowers women in the banking and technology industry, which is what we’re looking to achieve with the next generation of female footballers.
For the players and staff, it’s recognition of the journey we’ve been on so far and where we want to go – it shows everything we’re working towards. We’re one club, but the fact we have a stand alone front of shirt sponsor highlights the work we’ve done to promote this team and the impact the programme’s had in the community.'

Replica Saints Women’s shirts are £55 and Junior shirts are £45 – both can be bought in our stadium store, or online.
