BDB Pitmans name Saints Foundation as Charity of Choice
We’re thrilled that BDB Pitmans have chosen us as their Charity of Choice for 2021/22, starting with a generous donation of £1,400.
Staff from BDB Pitmans LLP handed over a cheque for their generous donation to our team during a special presentation about our work at their Southampton offices.
Our team were accompanied by a special guest, participant Mary, who introduced the law firm’s staff to some of the seated exercises we use to keep older adults fit at our Senior Saints sessions, and also spoke to them about how the project has reduced the social isolation felt by her and her fellow participants during lockdowns.
Emily Taylor, Private Client Partner at BDB Pitmans, said: “We are delighted to support Saints Foundation this year. We have been lucky enough to see first-hand how the charity supports members of the community from all walks of life in and around Southampton.
“This is such an incredible charity and we are proud to be part of it.”
Emily also took on the ABP 10k in Southampton earlier in September, raising over £800 for Saints Foundation through her fundraising.
