Amo-Ameyaw scores in England U18s win
It was victory in the opening game of the Under-18 Super Cup in Spain for England, who saw off Czechia with a 2-1 victory at the Pinatar Arena.
Southampton duo Tyler Dibling and Sam Amo-Ameyaw started the game which saw the new 2024 Three Lions away kit making it's debut appearance in international football. Fellow Saint Jayden Meghoma was amongst the substitutes.
Amo-Ameyaw's goal came after 17 minutes following a dominant start, curling into the top corner having cut inside from the right flank.
England added a second through Chelsea's Tyrique George before the break, with Czechia only having a 59th minute direct free-kick in reply.
The trio's next outing in the Super Cup comes on Friday where they face Germany's Under-18s at 1pm GMT.
