8x8 test the players' customer service
Taylor Harwood-Bellis, Flynn Downes, Ross Stewart & George Long have been on the phone to fans, thanks to our Official Business Communications Partner, 8x8.
As our Official Business Communications Partner, 8x8 is all about connecting real people. So, they set up our Men's First Team players Taylor Harwood-Bellis, Flynn Downes, Ross Stewart and George Long in their own contact centre. Using the 8x8 Contact Centre system, they phoned out to some of our Season Ticket Holders and let them know how much their support means to us.
Players were honing their customer service skills while talking all things Emirates FA Cup ahead of this weekend's Fifth Round clash against Fulham. Fans were also rewarded with some complimentary tickets to the Southampton FC v Manchester United Legends Match, thanks to 8x8. Watch how they got on in the video below:
