AHEAD OF ARRIVAL
Supporters will be able to access their tickets from 72 hours before kick-off from their My Saints account, once they have filled out a mandatory health questionnaire - tickets can either be downloaded to your mobile device or printed at home and must be presented on arrival at the stadium along with photo ID.
Please be aware that fans will not be able to use the Saints official mobile app as their digital ticket for this fixture, but will be able to for future fixtures.
Take careful note of your gate colour and block number, and the time we ask you to arrive. This is for the benefit of everyone, helping to maintain social distancing and reduce congestion coming towards and entering the stadium.
You will need to use the NHS Test and Trace App to check in to our venue.
Make sure you have your e-ticket and some ID before setting off.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
To ensure the safe movement of fans towards the stadium and through the gates into different blocks, you will be required to enter from a specific coloured gate. This will be clearly marked on your e-ticket and full information will be emailed to you.
Facemasks must be worn at all times from arrival at your gate, and for the duration of your visit except when eating or drinking. If you are exempt from wearing a mask for medical reasons, please get in touch with our Supporter Services Team as soon as you have been allocated a ticket so we can issue an exemption band [email protected]
During current restrictions we can't allow bags in the stadium. We cannot store personal items on a matchday so we recommend making alternative arrangements prior to your arrival. If you need to bring a bag for medical reasons, please contact our Supporter Services Team as soon as you can.
Sanitising stations will be available throughout the footprint and we encourage you to sanitize and wash your hands frequently.
Supporters will be able to purchase food and drinks from the kiosks within the stadium concourses – St Mary’s is now a fully cashless stadium with fans able to make contactless payments at all kiosks. Fans are advised alcohol will not be available in the concourses for this fixture.
The Saints Store at St Mary’s will be open from 10am on Tuesday 18th May, with supporters able to buy merchandise until 4pm. Supporters can still purchase the last remaining 2020/21 kit from the Saints Store with this season’s shirts no longer available to buy online.
Please note that the Fan Zone will not be open and there will be no catering available outside the stadium for this fixture.
ONCE IN THE STADIUM
Our friendly stewards will be managing toilets to limit the number of people inside at any one time. Your patience and co-operation are much appreciated.
Please remember that we have vastly reduced numbers in our stands, and we ask for a sensible approach to movement around our stadium - please try to stagger your exit from your seats at half time, keeping a minimum of 1m+ away from anyone outside of your bubble
LEAVING THE STADIUM
We ask that you follow the guidance of stewards regarding your exit, and please do not rush to leave as this can result in congestion. Maintain social distance from your fellow supporters.
Please remember that our staff are tasked with keeping everyone safe in accordance with guidance. We all want to be a part of the safe operation of sporting events, and to see our stadium full once again. Your patience and co-operation are vital and appreciated.
Please read our updated Code of Conduct here, and remember that by accepting a ticket and visiting our stadium you are agreeing to abide by this code at all times.
We would ask that if the situation changes for any fan and you cannot attend because you need to isolate, please contact us at [email protected]
We cannot wait to see you!
