Coach for Southampton FC

Want to coach for Southampton Football Club in their popular football coaching programmes? Do you have previous coaching experience?

We are looking for qualified coaches to help develop the next generation of players across the local region, across our popular weekly courses.

We’re currently recruiting for casual football and sports development coaches with opportunities to coach football during term time and/ or school holidays and help players experience the Southampton Way.

There are even further opportunities right across our progression pathway - you can balance coaching around your life commitments by working anything from seasonal work, or look to build up to full-time hours delivering across our busy schedule of sessions across term-time and school holidays. 

You’ll be working to deliver sessions across the region with excellent coach education offerings, career progression opportunities and having a responsibility to help identify player talent.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR HIGH QUALITY COACHES TO JOIN OUR TEAM, TO HELP DELIVER THE SOUTHAMPTON WAY TO PLAYERS ACROSS THE REGION. WE HAVE A GREAT TEAM AND CAN PROVIDE GREAT OPPORTUNITIES TO COACHES WITH THEIR OWN DEVELOPMENT.
