ticket exchange

The Ticket Exchange will once again be in operation for the 2018/19 season, allowing Season Ticket holders to return their seat to the club for re-sale – should they be unable to attend a sold-out fixture.

If you seat has been sold for any game up to and including the Liverpool fixture on 5th April, a credit will be applied to your account to come off the cost of your 2019/20 Season Ticket. Any seats sold after this date, the credit will be applied to your account for the 2020/21 Season Ticket

Please be aware that no guarantees can be given that your seat will be sold.

Any tickets offered for re-sale in the Family Areas will only be accepted providing that the ratio of Under-18s to Concessions/Adults is upheld, as defined in the Ticket Terms and Conditions.

How to List Your Tickets on Ticket Exchange

  2. In the top right corner, hover over ‘my account’. Then select the bottom option ‘Ticket Exchange’
  3. Tick the relevant fixture that you cannot attend and click continue
