Introducing the all new saints store 

We’re moving the Store Site onto the main website – meaning you’ll only need one sign in across your favourite Saints destinations.

The Saints Store drops on November 5th and below we've got a list of FAQs and guidelines so you can start enjoying the new site straight away. 


I have an account on and a different account for, which account do I log-in with?

Log-in using your account details and this will become your main account

I only have a log-in for and not, do I need to create a new account?

No you don’t, your old store account is now your main Southampton FC account.

I have an account for but have forgotten my password, what do I need to do?

If you have forgotten your password, click ‘My Account’ and then click the ‘forgotten password’ link. Here you can re-set your password. 
Click the forgotten password link on log-in.

I have a log-in but no store account, how do I log-in to the new online store?

You can use your log-in using your main account on the store, happy shopping!

I do not have an account for either or, how do I create a new account?

Shop for your products and when you check out there there is an option to create an account

How do I get discount code?

To receive special discounts, you need to agree to marketing preferences (link). 

I have received a discount from Southampton FC, where can I enter my code?

Once you have selected your chosen items, click on the view basket item. Above the price in the summary section there is text in red saying “add discount code”. Put in your code and the discount will appear in the basket.

What are my delivery options?

  1. Standard UK delivery – Standard delivery orders will be processed and dispatched within 2 working days. They will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. Delivery times will be up to 2-working days after dispatch
  2. Priority UK delivery – Priority delivery orders will be processed and dispatched the next working day. They will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.  Priority orders are normally delivered the next working day after dispatch.
  3. Click and Collect – we aim to have all Click and Collect orders will be ready for collection after 3pm the next working day. You will receive an email on the day that your order will be ready to collect.
  4. International delivery – International delivery orders will be processed and dispatched within 2 working days. They will be sent via Royal Mail international signed for service. Delivery times can be up to 10 working days after dispatch depending on destination.

How can I pay?

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards excluding American Express. You can also use a Southampton FC Retail gift card as full or part payment.

Can I speak to someone?

Can I edit my order?

Providing your order has not been processed and dispatched you can edit you order by calling us on 0845 688 9433 (option 1) or by emailing us at [email protected]

As I live outside the UK will I be charged customs and imports charges?

If you are placing an international order you may be charged customs and import duty depending on the products purchased and the destination country. Customers in the EU should not be charged any import or customs duty.

My Season ticket or Membership discount is not showing?

You must be logged in for your discounts to show. If you are logged in and your discounts do not show please contact us via [email protected]
