Welcome to the new Southampton Football Club Online Store. We have a wide selection products for you to buy, all of which are official club merchandise, and available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our aim is to make sure that ordering items from Southampton FC is as easy as possible.

CLICK & COLLECT (CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE) 

Place your order online and select the Collect in Store option at checkout and choose the store you wish to collect your order from.

We will contact you via email on the day your order is ready to collect. Order before 10pm and collect the next working day. You will have up to 7 working days to collect your order. If you have not collected your order after 7 days it will be sent to our Returns Department and you will be refunded. Please note that customised products cannot be exchanged or refunded. Squad numbers correct at the time of publishing. Southampton FC holds no responsibility for subsequent change to squad numbers or if a player is transferred.

FAQs

 

I have an account on southamptonfc.com and a different account for store.saintsfc.co.uk, which account do I log-in with?
You can use either account but it’s best to log-in using your southamptonfc.com account details and this will become your main account

I only have a log-in for store.saintsfc.co.uk and not southamptonfc.com, do I need to create a new account?
No you don’t, your old store account is now your main Southampton FC account.

I have a southamptonfc.com log-in but no store account, how do I log-in to the new online store?
You can use your log-in using your main account on the store, happy shopping!

I have an account for store.saintsfc.co.uk but have forgotten my password, what do I need to do?
If you have forgotten your password, click ‘My Account’ and then click the ‘forgotten password’ link. Here you can re-set your password. 
Click the forgotten password link on log-in.

I do not have an account for either southamptonfc.com or store.saintsfc.co.uk, how do I create a new account?
Shop for your products and when you go to check out there is an option to create an account or check out as a guest.

How do I get discount code?
To receive special discounts, you need to agree to marketing preferences.

Do I get a member/season ticket discount?
Add your ticket account to your main account to receive season ticket and member discounts. To do this click on your name, there will be a link to pair with your ticketing account. Please note once linked the discount will take 24 hours to show

My Season Ticket or Membership discount is not showing?
You must be logged in for your discounts to show. Check that your ticket account is linked to your main account. If you are logged in and your discounts still do not show please contact us via [email protected]
            
I have received a discount from Southampton FC, where can I enter my code?
Once you have selected your chosen items, click on the view basket item. Above the price in the summary section there is text in red saying “add discount code”. Put in your code and the discount will appear in the basket.

 

PRE-ORDER FAQs

 

Can I Pre-Order the new 21/22 Home Kit?  

 Yes, you can now place orders online for your new 21/22 Saints Home Kit that officially launches on June 17th, 2021. You will be charged immediately for your pre-order

When will I receive my Pre-Order? 

We cannot estimate or guarantee a specific delivery date. The general launch date for the 21/22 Saints Home Kit is June 17th, 2021.

You will receive your order on or after this date depending on which date you place your order.

Orders placed within 48 hours of the launch date will be sent under the standard delivery guidelines.

Please allow time thereafter for delivery to your specific destination. 

I have ordered from the 21/22 Home Kit range and another product from the site. Will I get my other product straight away? 

 Unfortunately, we are unable to part-ship orders. If you combine in-stock and pre-ordered items, ALL items will be shipped at once when all pre-ordered items are available. Therefore, you will get both your 21/22 Saints Home Kit product and other items despatched together. If you want your other items straight away, you will need to place two separate orders. 

I want to refund/exchange/cancel my order is this possible?

We hope you enjoy your purchase from the Southampton FC. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 28 days of the delivery date.

Please note we cannot give refunds or exchanges on personalised, or hero printed shirts even if that player subsequently leaves the club or squad number changes during their career at Southampton.

We are only able to exchange products for the same product code otherwise a refund will be issued, and you can place a new order.

If you have received your order and want a refund or to exchange, you can do this by returning the product to us.

When returning the item by post we would advise that you send the goods by special delivery. As we cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post. Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods returned are faulty.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the processing of returns.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if it appears that the item has been tampered with, incorrectly washed, or subjected to more than reasonable wear and tear. This does not affect your statutory rights.
