What if I don’t respond to the email outlining my options?
The remaining balance of your 2020/21 Season Ticket will be automatically carried over to your ticketing account and will be available for you to use against future ticketing purchases.
How long will it take before I receive my refund?
Refund payments will be processed on a first come, first served basis with the aim to reimburse supporters as quickly as possible. We would ask that due to the volume of refunds, you are patient after submitting your request for a refund.
What if I want to split the remaining balance between different people in my booking?
Should the lead booker want the remaining balance of their 2020/21 Season Tickets credited to different ticketing accounts, please contact us by email at [email protected].
How much will I be refunded?
The refunded amount for your 2020/21 Season Ticket will equal the pro rata value of the ten remaining matches of the season. This equates to 10/19ths of the cost of your Season Ticket, minus booking fees paid when you originally purchased.
How can I find out how much I am due?
The lead booker can Log in to their My Saints ticketing account, to access click here and this will be displayed.
Why is the booking fee not included in the refund?
The booking fee applied to your original Season Ticket purchase is included to cover costs when processing transactions and therefore is not included in the remaining balance of your Season Ticket.
Refunds due for previous fixtures have not been paid to me; what happens to the balance of those matches?
Any refunds for previous fixtures that have not been processed will be added to the total amount due and can then be either carried over to your ticketing account or refunded as part of the same process.
Can I still have my money back on a match-by-match basis?
No. All 2020/21 Season Ticket holders will either have the remaining balance credited to their ticketing account or refunded. You can choose to keep this amount on your ticketing account and request for it to be refunded at a later date.
Why do I need to submit my payment details?
This is not an automated process and all refunds will be processed by the club. We are aware that some fan’s details may have changed and are giving supporters the opportunity to choose the bank account that is most convenient for them to receive the payment to, given the length of time that has elapsed since the original purchases.
If I choose to receive a refund, will I still be able to attend 2020/21 fixtures if fans are allowed to return?
Yes. The club shall give further details on how this process will work if it is confirmed that fans can return to matches as St Mary’s this season. Please note that priority will be given to Season Ticket holders that had been assigned tickets to the fixture against West Ham United on Tuesday 29th December, followed by remaining 2020/21 Season Ticket holders.
If I am refunded, do I still class as a 2020/21 season ticket holder for future privileges?
Yes. As you purchased a season ticket you will still retain these rights. This includes discount in the retail store and purchasing rights towards any future matches that require this and towards any benefits that apply to 21/22 season ticket for 20/21 season ticket holders including seats being reserved during any priority windows.
